These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of startsharpco.com and the services offered by Verbum LLC ("we," "us," or "our") under the Start Sharp™ and TapSharp™ brands. By using the site, reserving a Launch Slot, purchasing a service, or subscribing to TapSharp, you agree to these Terms.
We offer done-for-you launch packages ("Launch Kits"), custom coded websites, and TapSharp NFC tag plans. Specific inclusions, prices, and turnaround are described on the relevant pages and in the intake or scope we provide.
Kits and services are delivered during a scheduled project window ("Launch Slot"). A completed intake form and payment are required before your slot is confirmed. Payments are processed by Stripe. Custom coded sites are quoted after a written scope and reserved with a deposit, with the balance due at delivery, as described on the Launch Kits page.
Because each package is custom-built, payments are non-refundable once work begins. If you need to cancel before your Launch Slot starts, you may request to reschedule. Deposits reserve your slot and are applied toward your total.
Each kit includes the revision rounds listed on its card. Major redesigns, new concepts, or a full change in business direction may require an additional fee, quoted before any extra work begins.
Finished work is handed off to you after final approval. For custom coded sites, you own every file and can host it anywhere. You are responsible for your own domain, hosting, subscriptions, and future updates unless ongoing maintenance is purchased separately.
TapSharp plans are billed monthly (or annually where offered) and include the number of tags listed for your plan. A one-time setup & tag kit fee applies. You may change or cancel your plan; tags remain programmable through your dashboard while your subscription is active. Optional on-site placement is available in the Tulsa, OK area for the posted fee, with locations beyond that range quoted separately.
We help you look official, communicate clearly, and launch with stronger materials, but we do not guarantee sales, rankings, traffic, or other business results.
Start Sharp™, TapSharp™, and Phoebe™ are service marks of Verbum LLC. Site content and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for the deliverables we hand off to you.
You agree not to misuse the site or services, including by attempting to disrupt them, infringe others' rights, or use them for unlawful purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated Terms.
